This quick release self centering vise fits modular zero point fixture systems, widely applied on 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis CNC machining centers.
Built in snap in quick release locking mechanism enables fast mounting and dismounting without tedious screw twisting for rapid production changeover.
Interchangeable steel jaws and aluminum soft jaws are available for rough machining of blanks, finish machining and thin wall workpiece clamping.
Multi sided machining can be finished in one clamping setup, eliminating repeated datum alignment and effectively improving workshop machining efficiency.
