High Precision Manual Zero Point Quick Change Plate
This high precision manual zero point quick change plate adopts an all mechanical screw locking structure. You can easily unlock and lock the workholding fixture by manually turning the screw.
Equipped with 4 high precision pull studs and precision taper hole positioning, it realizes four point synchronous vertical downward clamping. It can automatically compensate for center error to achieve zero gap fitting and micron level high precision positioning.
Featuring stable structure, no air source requirement and simple installation, it delivers excellent repeatability. It effectively solves common problems of traditional pressing plate clamping, such as large deviation, slow alignment, poor repeatability and workpiece shifting. Suitable for mold processing, precision parts and mass CNC machining applications.
