Compatible with 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis operations, it greatly reduces reliance on multi axis machine tools and extra custom fixture fabrication. Up to 80% of working conditions can be fulfilled merely through modular configuration.

All zero point fixtures deliver repeat positioning accuracy ≤0.005 mm. Minimal deviation occurs during machine tool switching and repeated disassembly assembly. Consistent precision is maintained whether for frequent re clamping or long time machining.

Support off machine clamping and rapid locking & switching of the whole pallet. It cuts in machine clamping time and eliminates steps such as clamping
