Quick Release Self Centering Vise
1.This quick release self centering vise is compatible with modular zero point fixture systems and widely used on 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis CNC machining centers. A snap in quick lock structure is built inside the vise jaws. No screws are required for jaw installation. Simply place the jaw and press down for fast mounting, and pry it open for quick removal. Jaw replacement can be finished within only 2 seconds. Steel jaws and soft aluminum jaws are supplied as accessories. Both types support fast disassembly and flexible interchange. It maintains superior accuracy for both rough and finish machining, and stays firmly locked under heavy cutting loads.
2.Its standout advantage lies in fast jaw change, which greatly reduces machine setup time for operators. Jaws can also be reversed rapidly when switching to workpieces of different blank sizes. For profile copying machining, locking screws for aluminum jaws are arranged at the bottom surface of jaws. This design maximizes available milling space for custom profile jaws without interference from mounting screws. It avoids mechanical jamming and prevents workpiece surface damage during clamping.
3.Multiple sizes of quick release jaws are available to hold blanks in various dimensions. Double jaws can also be mounted to clamp two workpieces in one setup for higher production efficiency. The whole vise is machined from forged blanks, delivering higher jaw strength and minimal stress induced warping. All critical dimensions are precision ground by grinding machines.
