The ZP3016-S pneumatic zero point plate answers a problem every job shop knows: a conventional quick-change plate eats 50 to 60 mm of Z travel, and on a 5-axis machining center that budget is already spent. At 30 mm total height this plate delivers the same repeatable datum with roughly half the stack-up, so existing programs run without re-posting. The body is machined from martensitic stainless steel and through-hardened after machining, which keeps the locating faces
